Update: Uploading Older Episodes to Patreon Feed

Hello again and apologies for the double post and notification here but I have since found a better way to do this and wanted everyone to get the update so there's no confusion. Here's the deal: in the coming days, I will be uploading ad-free versions of the show's entire back catalog of episodes to Patreon because we promised you ad-free episodes and we're going to deliver, dammit. But, there are 84 ad-free episodes to upload and you probably don't want 84 notifications for old episodes you may have already listened to, so I have devised a workaround for this problem. I am going to explain exactly how I'm doing it because I don't want anyone to see changes on the Patreon and think something is wrong or you're missing out. So, this is how it will be done:

- The only way to make a post with no notification is by editing an existing post to be available to additional tiers. As you no doubt know, we only have 1 tier (Knights of the Round Table) and that's how it is going to stay. However, in order to avoid the needless notifications, I will be creating a second test tier called DO NOT SUBSCRIBE where all these episodes will be posted and then the episodes will be opened up to the real tier. I will then make another post like this alerting you that the episodes are available and they will show up in your feed with no notifications. After this is done, the second tier will be de-listed and the issue will be resolved. Please DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to this new fake tier, you are not missing any content! Again, this is simply a workaround so you aren't inundated with notifications.

- With all that being said, there is no way to backdate the posts, so the new episodes will show up in your feed above all current bonus episodes. There is no workaround for this, however, you can easily find all patron-exclusive episodes by searching "bonus" in the WNSD patreon feed's search bar.

(Original post: Hello all, just wanted to give you a quick update on some stuff with the Patreon feed. in the next hour or so, I will begin uploading old regular episodes of the show with no ads. currently, if you go back and listen or are just moving thru on the regular feed, you will get ads and some of the episodes now have mid-roll ads too. but, we promised ad-free episodes on the patreon feed and you shall have them. unfortunately, it is impossible to add every episode at once as a batch, so it has to be done 84 times manually. note that the old episodes won't have much in the description because I can't import all that. also, there is no way to back date the episodes, so these episodes will all show up in your feed chronologically beginning this week and push all the bonus content way down, however you can find it by searching "bonus" and it will bring each of them up.

I am going to attempt to silence notifications so you don't get so many pop ups for these old episodes I am adding, however that may not work and you may get a bunch of notifications and I'm sorry for that. I won't be adding all of them today because that would be overload. you might want to mute notifications from patreon on your phone if that's something that bothers you. thus, the back catalog will be added over the next week or so. I wanted to let yall know so you didn't get inundated with newly-added episodes all at once with no warning. I am truly sorry that this is such a pain but Patreon doesn't exactly make it easy.
