Ains never won a match against Touch-Me. The stilettos Ains is using are the ones he got from fighting Clementine.

Ranging from magic to skill(that can be either passive or active skills) to martial arts and other forms of powers/weapons that have very different way of working. Here in this fight Ainz used only his 1 passive skill(Negative Energy just by touching), 1 active skill(Aura of Despair) and 4 magic weapons. Martial arts, magic weapons and some simple skills was allowed in this fight. The difference between skills and magic is on a practical level and supernatural level. Generally games uses only HP to activate skills, and MP to activate magic, very rarely it uses both. In this Overlord new world magic cannot be used by everyone but skills/ martial arts can be attained by anyone with just practicing. However it's important to note that the game from which Ainz came had multiple skills for every player or NPC cause it is not a real world.
