I always meant the "Daughter of Hera" to be the most common Amazon warriors. While the other troops are more specialized: The Daughters of Athena are the professional soldiers, they train and fight in phalanxes and on horseback. The Daughters of Ares are the shock warriors, wearing heavy armor and fighting with massive battle axes. The Daughters of Artemis are archers and skirmishers. The Daughters of NIke (Harpies) are scouts and messengers. And the Furies are a fanatical and brutal cult of assassins and executioners.
