-The helmet replaces Leon's gas mask. Select that on the accessories menu. It has facial animation as well.
-Install it with Fluffy Mod Manager.
-If you have issue with the mod not working, try to update Fluffy Mod Manger to the latest one then re-read game archive.
Known Issues:
-The game disables custom physics during few cutscenes.
