In the character design project that I have been working on little by little, there was one big action. It's a three-dimensional project. So I've organized the character designs I uploaded the other day.
Initially, I had only envisioned the picture from the front, so I had a hard time organizing the lattice pattern of the body suit (?). To be honest, I thought it would be impossible, but I did my best. I thought it would be impossible, but I did my best. This may be the first time I had such trouble with a costume design.
I also have a sketch to study the grid pattern. I thought it would be a good idea to prepare a torso or a flexible doll body and use wire to get the bite, but it was more of a puzzle than it looked, because it would fall apart if the body shape changed a little. It was more of a puzzle than a visual one.
The ribbons also took a bit of work. I wanted to create a shape that could actually be made from the paper pattern, so I used aluminum foil to study the shape. It's a simple process, but I think it's not a bad approach because it gives me a more solid backing than just drawing from my imagination.
In addition, we have decided on a name for her.

Viola

It comes from the word "violation". The word is derived from the word violation, which is not a gentle word, but comes from the word symmetry violation.
Thank you!
