By virgins it means they aren’t touched so it only belongs to you and don’t have to worry about someone else having ur things. The women and men are going to be equally rewarded in heaven. Also, they are only given to martyrs, meaning you can't kill yourself. It can be someone who has cancer or someone who protects their families or people, which means you're doing it for God by protecting your people, religion, and family, not by going out and killing people. This is when you defend yourself and die for this cause. This isn’t the only reward mentioned; you get other things too, but people only focus on this because it’s a hyper-sexualized world now, which wasn’t a thing before the 21st century, and now it’s twisted and misused. A lot of terrorists are brainwashed into doing an agenda they don’t know the religion, because if they knew, they would know that they are actually going to hell, as they are killing people and themselves. These people are told by terrorist leaders, and they think they know knowledge regarding religion, etc., but they are actually using religions as a means to trick people into doing things. Like how the CIA used Islam and twisted it and made Taliban. They used someone in their own group and taught them to brainwash the rest of the group, because they don’t know Islam; they can't read or write, and even if they did, they don’t know how to access it or are too lazy. They just learn from word of mouth, which results in this bullshit where they think suicide bombing will get them 72 virgins. The valentines thing has always been haram cuz u can only do Islamic holidays which is 6 totals days in the year or otherwise it’s excess and burdensome. And u have to treat wife well everyday not just 1 time a year. She has to have ur own money and u also have to provide for her.
