Ouran High School Host Club Ep. 3 & 4

The guys scramble with disguises, including Tamaki posing as Haruhi, but things keep going sideways. Meanwhile, a doctor named Yabu shows up, searching for his daughter, and gets tangled in misunderstandings. Kyoya steps in to help fix some of the messes, and Haruhi gets more convinced of the Host Club’s kindness through the chaos.
Episode 4: Renge Houshakuji makes her entrance — a super enthusiastic French otaku who instantly declares herself manager of the Host Club. Because she’s a big fan of a fictional character who looks like Kyoya, she thinks he’s her real fiancé. Renge decides the club needs a makeover — encouraging each member to show a darker, more dramatic side of themselves for a “movie” she’s producing. Hijinks ensue with costuming, character roles, and emotional exaggeration. Haruhi gets caught in the middle, loses a contact lens during a fragile moment, and later helps Renge see that being authentic is more powerful than any act.
