So I came up with this. It was initially a lot shorter, just a couple scenes with Tad and Patrick at work that would lead into the latter and his wife having dinner at the former's house. I would go into how June was teaching Betty how to cook, implying her plans to fatten Patrick up more.
But it wasn't clicking, so after sleeping on it I came up with Robby's story, and the original idea of Alcott producing cosmetics that inspire hunger in men was changed to the better idea of a subliminal message affecting both men and women.

Figured you would enjoy it. There should be more stories in this 'verse eventually. If I can think of a story.
