Well, I have never liked to talk too much on personal topics, but since this has directly impacted the regular flow of work, I think I should say something about it to keep those interested informed.

I have been suffering from a heart condition for some time, diagnosed in 2020 that has not yet been cured, I am currently undergoing treatment, this month I have a re-evaluation, but from what I can see, I would say that it has not worked.

Since the end of December 2023 I have had pain in my left shoulder, I was diagnosed with rotator cuff syndrome and then impact syndrome, I had physical therapy for 3 months but there was no improvement, then they told me that I had to intervene surgically, but I looked for a second opinion, I am currently on another treatment, but in the process corticosteroids were used to reduce inflammation in the affected area, but this has altered the entire treatment I was following for the heart; June was a distressing month, and I must mention that I see little improvement in both the shoulder pain and the heart condition.

Added to this, two relatives who basically raised me, got sick in June and it was difficult for them to get around, currently one of them can at least do his daily routine, but the other still needs some help, especially to heal a sore that has spread. infected, technically I'm doing a bit of nursing.

And so, with what's been going on since June, I've been busy with my own medical issues and helping my family,

If I have time to work?

The truth is yes, but honestly when I have free time I just want to play something for a while to de-stress, sorry about that.
