Copies of the E-book going out

As people cross that threshold, I'll send out a new round of emails.
I'm not sure what I'll do going forward. I could switch the account over to one of those "pay up front" type accounts, so that I can make the e-book available in the $3 tier without me having to monitor the donation list. But I also know that's a sensitive issue and I'm not sure of the consequences of making that change when it comes to etiquette and what not.
Anyway, your thoughts are appreciated as always.
