For me I personally liked it I just had to get passed all the sexual parts but the whole storyline with the curse I liked & it had me hooked. Everyone has different opinions tho. I liked it a lot, you think it’s trash, no biggie. They might like it they might not no biggie :)

Rize is a mentality or "demon" that tortures Kaneki's thought's. she was the first to bring him true despair so in his inner dialogue when he talks to her he is only flirting with despair. she is dead. there is nothing left of her

She was saying that Rize went on a rampage, which angered an organization that she believed to be keeping the ghouls in check. Then other colleagues asked if she was referring to Aogiri, and she responded "I never said that". Basically she's just saying there's an organization at work, not that it has to be Aogiri

She wasn't saying that Aogiri needed to keep Rize in check, Aogiri is from the 11th ward, the 20th ward where Anteku (coffee shop and all the main characers) is, is the organization she's talking about. the 20th ward, was relatively peaceful due to this organization keeping ghouls in check (Anteku) so when Rize came to the 20th ward are started eating people and causing chaos, Akira is saying she think's the organization (Anteku) had to get rid of her to keep the peace they worked to create.

She speculates that “some” organization is behind this and is regulating the ghouls in the 20th ward (where antaiku is). The level of predatory attacks was stable until Rize first came to the 20th ward. Then she committed a large number of predatory attacks since she's a binge eater. This irregularity invited more investigators to the 20th ward. Mado's daughter believes Rize was killed by “some” organization in order to remove the amount of investigators in the 20th ward but she doesn't know if it was Aogiri or other organizations.
