My expectations for slime was never high. I like the show and the LNs are fun but it’s nothing I can’t do without. A better adaptation in my opinion wouldn’t make the anime substantially better really. I’m never opposed to learning more info though, especially in shows where it seems to be slightly lacking in complexity.

You don't need to tie your self worth to the anime you watch. They are constantly watching K-Drama's and you sad people try to talk down to them like they don't "understand" a show for 13 year old boys because all their brains can handle is fighting. You embarrass yourself. There are multiple shows THIS SEASON that are doing the slow buildup significantly better than slime. Just because a show focuses on exposition doesn't mean that it can't be engaging at the same time.
