Lol thats fair enouh but they only doing 2 seasons so they'd cover the straight forward parts. I believe I watched TG before I also watch the others on this list too. Hard to say they won't enjoy it because I loved 86 yet it doesn't have much reaction. I also loved kingdom yet s1 animation sucks but I suffered through it due to story. That won't ever get a reaction but it's something I like too. TG definitely a good para replacement based on genre but as you said alot of folks may not have watched the others.

I would totally love to know the percentage of people that voted for TK that have not watched SG or CG lol it’d be fun to find out haha WE NEED ANOTHER POLL lol I honestly believe that the percentage would be high. I won’t say they shouldn’t react to TK, but it pains me that Ron is missing on these must watch masterpieces. I know they’ll eventually get to them all, but man… I have never heard anyone say that TK is great, all you hear is the Opening it’s amazing and I agree. Brotherman you need to understand MAL and this patreon do not have the same userbase. MAL has a variety of people, old and young so yes Code Geass is higher rated than Tokyo Ghoul and it doesnt have a lot less members but in this Patreon where you watch shows like Demon Slayer, Boku No Hero and other shounen. The userbase does not favour masterpieces like Code Geass or Steins Gate because these people never gave them a chance while Tokyo Ghoul is show very similar to many others they have watched hence why it is winning

I REALLY think you guys outta start watching things for yourselfs (like the end seasons for tokyo ghoul) to decide for yourself rather than a poll. Watched all except Code Geass, not my type of anime, and especially the artstyle throws me away (it's that kind of artstyle, i could maybe get used too, but i won't ever say it's good). And also, i think you're wrong about it being voted by views. Code Geass and TG have only slightly less Users/Members on MAL (TG - 1.8mln, SG/CG - 1.4mln). And Tokyo Ghoul has ultra bad reputation, half of those viewers are actually haters, compared to the case of S;G which gets praised by most of it's watchers.

Steins gate in last is a crime… shouldn’t even be placed in a poll, should just be watched. I did not expect Tokyo Ghoul to be first lmfao It’s a alright anime, a better manga, I’ve heard. These others are so much better than it. I have not watched Akame Ga Kill, but I’ve heard great things. Side note: Steins Gate was Voted best anime in 2010 and is at the top on sci-fi anime’s. Also considered by many best anime of all time. Sadly it isn’t very popular. It’s one of my favorite anime’s of all time. Japan has a tower that pays tribute to it. Just saying… lol I honestly thought Code Geass was gonna be the one to beat win haha Tokyo Ghoul has a great opening song. You'll prob hear this a lot but having Steins:Gate, Code Geass and Akame ga kill in the same poll is just not fair to the shows. All great for different reasons. Hope you'll continue to consider them. And btw if you're open to just doing one or two seasons of shows you should really consider/poll Shield Hero S1 and Seven Deadly Sins S1-2. In a community there will always be divided preferences. Being divided doesn't mean you have to agree verbally it's trying to bring down certain individuals for their likes. Its an age thing, you have 2 more sober and serious shows and then 2 more flashy shows where the plot doesnt really exist. Also animation is probably one of the reasons. Very similar to how people vieuw Kuroko No Basket as superior to Slam Dunk even though it is way worse in every single way besides animation.

Tokyo Ghoul Season1 is enough i love it so much but going further wouldnt help you undersstand anything. The manga goes a completely different path. Some like the version seasone 2 in anime too but its not that useful bc there are many rumors right now spreading that Tokyo Ghoul gets a complete Remake anyway. But it's still rumors. Tokyo Ghoul season 1 still is as OG Anime-Lore as Code Geass or Steins;Gate. Akame Ga Kill ist something you both will like bc ur into action/drama stuff and that show nails the genre. And it's very fast paced too you'll get through in a month or two and get us the next poll c(:

Made in Abyss without a doubt will be a show that will be one to remember forever for you all. I know it gets beat out by the popcorn stuff but it will be worth the wait once you all finally get to it!

What if they actually end up not liking the actual story.... ?😅 it does have that reputation, eitherway I wish you luck and hope they don't end up dropping one of your fav shows.
