I mean, in the flashback we saw that he loved basketball more than anything else, but the more he played and trained, the better and stronger he became. And since Aomine loves a challenge and strong opponents, he lost motivation for basketball because he started to think that there is no one left who can light this fire in him. That's why he always says "The only one who can beat me is me!" I can really empathize with him as a character because I know exactly how painful it feels to lose passion for something you love. So, Aomine, best character from Kuroko no Basket, in my opinion! ππππ»
