We're following yuji because of course we are, we aren't gonna be following someone that dies in shibuya, it just wouldn't make sense

So i agree the higher ups don't really miss Gojo at all, non manga reader opinion

I don't want to spoil but one thing was Mahito's ressurection and growth, and another was Geto Suguru's death and Amanai Riko's death which I guess would be explained in the next season.

The point is Itadori was meant to be able to control and keep sukuna at bay. with the amount of fingers in him now thats kinda up in the air. At this point Sukuna poses an existential threat and without gojo I dont think this is something that can be talked out. It's about way more than just Itadori, and who knows if yuta makes a pact with the higher ups to kill itadori like he was saying to them. At that point it wouldn't matter whatsoever because a pact will basically just void all reason in the matter and yuta would essentially just be a robot executing a mission.

Well those that had potential to use a cursed technique but couldnt since their brains were made to be non-sorcerers. Fake Geto’s use of Idle Transfiguration has now allowed them to use those potential CT they couldn’t use before since their brain is now altered to that of a sorcerer.

Also yuta suffers from depression it’s also mentioned in the movie that he tried to kill himself but Rika didn’t let him. Finally, the little girl scene was just randomly put there in the manga lol I’m assuming it acts as a cool introduction to yuta’s arrival

2023-12-30 21:07:21 +0000 UTCFor anyone having a hard time understanding what the heck fake Geto was talking about, here is what went down: (NO SPOILERS) : In this episode Fake Geto awakened two types of new sorcerers: 1. 1000 civilians that have become host to ancient legendary sorcerers. (like Yuji and Sukuna) 2. civilians who have potential that have been given powers using idle transfiguration (Mahito's technique. exactly what Mahito did to Junpei in s1) he was able to get 1000 legendary sorcerers into the civilians by activating the cursed objects in them remotely (why Tsumiki Fushiguro "woke up"). In order to get those cursed objects, he previously made binding vows with those legendary sorcerers throughout the years.however whatever he vowed in exchange became null once he swapped bodies. These civilians are f%@d because Yuji is a VERY special case where he can hold Sukuna back but most people can't, so right now there's a bunch of super strong sorcerers from Heian era (golden age of sorcery) in control of a 1000 people. As well as a bunch of random civilians with Jujutsu powers. Fake Geto's grand intention for all this is currently unknown but he did say something about "creating chaos" "optimizing cursed energy" having these people kill each other, and "the golden age of sorcery." Also i think the vessels that Geto made are going to be taken over by sorcerers he made pacts with in the olden days. He did say he made pacts with cursed spirits but they became annulled when he took over Geto's body.

It says even in the anime he can expand it up to 200m but he had to shorten it to 140m as to not catch Megumi in the crossfire, unfortunately Inumaki was still in the range. A lot more unanswered questions but s3 isn’t going to be like this season, it’s kicking off with a full sprint! 😳

He was killing people against his will (on a smaller level tho) and he was going to be executed until Gojo saved him. So sure he's angry about Inumaki and all but he should be understanding and believe in someone who was also saved by Gojo.

Half it makes sense cause of what you said, Geto still being “alive” makes it seem like Gojo let him escape all those years ago ( Mei Mei even considered the possibility of them cooperating when she first saw “Geto”) but also half the higher ups will use any reason to get rid of Gojo. They don't care that the world is falling apart they are happy that Gojo is gone in any way and they can do whatever. Also he did kill Geto he said so himself, the problem was that he asked the healer girl to not destroy his body so he can bury him, that was the big mistake.

I understand the situation that Gojo was reliable and yes Yuji should be executed, and yes Yuta is understandably angry that Inumaki was injured and he's going for the execution. What I don't like personally is that Yuta doesn't respect that he was in the exact same situation, was also saved by Gojo from execution, and was also killing people against his will via Rika. Obviously on a smaller scale, but he should have trust in Gojo who trusted Yuji. Just my personal frustration, but love the story and can't wait for more.

Gojo said he killed Geto and since they believe Geto is alive, it looks like Gojo lied and was an accomplice. Also, remember that Yuta introduced as a special grade sorcerer. His power is comparable to Geto, Yuki and Gojo. If he was in shibuya there would be no incident

Almost every episode/chapter is a fight to the death for the most important characters in the show, and then at the end, all you get is Geto explaining how he fucked everyone over, and that’s it. No last final fight, no big send off, just leaving off with the thought that the special grade sorcerer second only to Satoru Gojo will be the executioner for the MC.

I believe it’s because Gojo mentioned to megumi that the previous holder of the six eyes fought someone that had a similar ability to meghmi, so I’m inferring that throughout the generations idk how long this dates back (again anime only) there’s always been like a gojo (his ancestors) protecting or doing what he’s kinda doing so I’m sure he could never move right because he was weak before so in him gathering all the monsters he just released and sealing Gojo was all he needed to make his move.

I recall Kamo mentioning that Gojo didn't go through the proper procedures with Geto's body in ep 9. I know you guys have only watched the opening song since it is the last episode but the visuals changed throughout Season 2 the Shibuya Incident arc. I recommend you guys go watch the opening again. It's EP19, EP20 and EP23. Difference between EP1-19 and Ep20-22 is everyone is gone at the end of the opening song from EP20 onwards and the blackhole area got bigger. That episode was after Mahito got Nobara. Then there is EP23 where Yuta appeared in the Opening song for the first time. He was pulling out his sword from his back. I almost thought Ron actually saw Yuta in the opening and potentially got spoiled.

First are vessels that will be taken up by cursed spirits he has been collecting, second are normal humans having their abilities awaken. As for why he is doing this, it will be explained in the next season. As for Gojo, they believe he purposely did not kill Geto in the movie, hence making him an accomplice to the Shibuya incident. For Yuji is quite tricky though, you have to remember the plan was always to kill Yuji at certain stage, to 'destroy' Sukuna. So if you really really take a step back, the only way of stopping Sukuna right now is to kill Yuji, although by now, Sukuna is probably too strong As for Ron's question about when things happen, for Hunter X Hunter, the queen just happen to mutate, like how sometimes animals/humans are born with mutations. So it just happens. For JJK, why it is all happening now will be explained in the future.

Since I am up to date with the manga, of course I know the details but I will try to be brief and not give information that you should not know yet. The first thing is that we don't know much about Tengen and so far he has been named too much but he hasn't made his appearance in the anime yet. The most important thing to understand about Tengen is that he is the protector of the barriers throughout Japan that prevent or limit the use of cursed energy and is vital to maintaining the general balance of curse energy. The second thing is in next season they will explain why Yuta agrees to execute Itadori as well as the reason why "Geto" had not carried out his plan previously (Michelle made a very accurate comment about it but that is all that I will say) Now with the higher ups I don't know if you have noticed that both in the first season and in the movie it is mentioned that they are corrupt people and anything that goes out of their control must be exterminated or banned, Gojo was always very vocal and confrontational of their orders and opinions about sorcery but since Gojo is the most powerful sorcerer, they were afraid of him but now they want to take advantage of the situation and leave him permanently out of the world of jujutsu, taking this into consideration it makes more sense as to why they send Yuta to kill Itadori and Gojo is sentenced as an accomplice responsable to the Shibuya massacre. I know that the ending can even be frustrating because they left many questions unresolved, however that is what makes the show so good, the Shibuya arc is an arc in which the bases of the main conflicts of the story are laid out and they're leaving all the disaster on display to see how they resolve everything that was unleashed after Shibuya.

I don't understand the part about him being banned from sorcery when he's what they've been relying on for years. Like they literally need him. But also, they need someone to blame and hold accountable. And Gojo was the one fighting for Yuji's right to exist really. So, whatever happens after you claim yuji could be of use and you'll just handle him in the worst case scenario, you will be held responsible for the outcome of that decision, as backwards as it is. Cause remember, initially everybody wasn't on board with yuji either. They wanted him gone, especially the higher ups. But Gojo fought for his spot at jujutsu high, accepting the risks.

Yuta at that time was talking to the higher ups, and despite the fact that yuji is gojo’s student he has 0 issues with killing him and being appointed as his executioner. And given yutas background struggling to make friends and finally making friends as jj high he cherishes them ALOT and if you remember during jjk0 when geto almost killed maki and the others he snapped and said he would kill him. And not a spoiler but if Yuta was in shibuya he would have made a WORLDS difference. LOVE THE CONTENT GUYS!!! And if you want to read the manga PLEASE mentally prepare yourself because you have to keep in mind JJK is part of the dark trio with hells paradise and chainsaw man which are known for going into DARK themes.

As a manga reader I can't wait for it to be animated finally. If it ended as a lose ends means it's not over yet and got another season coming up.

You say well if yuta gets to know yuji and realizes it was sukuna's fault, he'll understand and be on yuji's side. But the way I see it, that's all the more reason to follow through with the execution. Also Inumaki and Yuta were close, so you know yuta taking this to heart. I think involving personal feelings when in the situation they're in isn't smart. Cause it's like ok they decide to keep yuji alive....now what? I genuinely can't see how anything good could come from yuji and sukuna still existing. Like we'd have to be presented with some new information or options or something for me to possibly think otherwise lol. Cause at the end of the day, all of this is technically his fault, so it's understandable. Deciding to put off his execution date in season 1 was ok because if push came to shove, they always had gojo to rely on and keep yuji and sukuna under control. but now that they don't have the one person who could handle sukuna anymore, yuji is beyond their control and a city was destroyed and lives were lost. They need Yuta to stand on business

Since Fake Geto/Kamo is able to live through another one's body through their technique that brain is still alive, just inhabiting a dead person's body. But I do see, where there may be confusion about that since its been going from body to body for over a thousand years. Great reaction once again, and hope the fam as well as Michelle get well soon! His fight with Mahito he says something along the lines of "My role is in this war is killing curses," so I think that's what he's doing now in the crazy new world. Killing curses, training, and doing his thing. I'm also anime-only, so I could be dead wrong and he might be able to summon some curses or something, but that's not how I saw it.
