I personally enjoy high points of one piece more than Narutos. They just hit more emotionally for me. But those high points are accompanied by very drawn out poorly paced low points in the anime. Sometimes it feels like it takes forever for something to happen but when it does, it’s so worth it. Naruto has a lot of epic and hype moments and more consistent highs, especially when you skip the filler and especially from this point onwards, it feels like everything keeps getting better and better and something epic keeps happening. I cant put one series over the other but i have to heavily disagree with saying One Piece anime is bad, especially after the back end of the last arc that released. And whats going on with the Manga right now, Oda is an absolute GOAT

The villians are not as interesting as the Akatsuki, and just a lot of aspects of it come off as corny or cringey to me. The anime has a few decent parts but they are so far and few between, even if you skip all the filler, which like 70% of the freaking anime. I do hope they end up reacting to the canon movies (naruto the last, and Boruto movie) those are really good IMO.

It definitely stumbles here and there in shippuden especially in the later portions, but it's moments and early to mid sections are just incredible. One Piece has a similar stretch of Goated material rom like the 140s to the 500s that's just amazing.

ONE single day, and she watched 12 eps or so... and she was always rejecting all anime stuff. After that i would just watch some with her now and then, until THAT arc came... you guys who already watched the show know what i mean... We watched all the arc in a single day until 2 or 3 am. And i swear she cried more in that arc than she ever did in life, even more than when her grandpa passed away. After that we stopped watching together and 2 weeks later she texted me saying she was over the show and i was shocked but also so happy for her, and proud. Naruto is just to good for a show. I'm glad you liked it, and we get it, we don't ever want this to get over, but the waiting is still painful, but that's ok... since we all know pain very well... Keep enjoying!

2023-12-21 01:59:46 +0000 UTCWhen the time comes please don't skip Kakashi's backstory (kakashi gaiden) and Yamatos backstory (in Kakashi:Shadow of the Anbu arc) That arc is filler but it's almost canon or should've been canon. You guys can't skip it. Builds so much to both of those characters and it's probably the best fillers. Imo all the fillers that are about the past generation (kakashis) you should not skip, else you won't understand everything later on.

Shikamaru’s last name is Naru which is also a city in Japan known for the deer that approaches people to bow. Shikamaru’s teammates, Cho in Choji means butterfly and Ino means boar. When you combine them they make “InoShikaCho” which references a card combination in Hanafuda.

That means only Shikamaru's clan members are allowed in that wood. Remember that formation Ino-Shika-Cho (Boar-Deer-Butterfly) belongs to three old clans: Nara (Shikamaru), Yamanaka (Ino), and Akimichi (Choji) from the Hidden Leaf Village.
