No Kakashi was saying Naruto has 4 times more chakra than him but if he wasn’t using his own chakra to suppress the Nine Tails he would have 100x times more than him. Him having a lot of chakra makes Naruto able to maintain his shadow clones for a long time. There is a reason why he has so much chakra but I think you’ll figure it out later on. If you guys don’t catch on then I’ll let you guys know.

Nah, like Kakashi said, Naruto currently has 4 times the amount of chakra that Kakashi's has. The reason being is Naruto's chakra is constantly suppressing the Kyubi's so most of his chakra is used for that. If he wasn't suppressing the Kyubi's chakra, he would have 100 times Kakashi's amount. That has nothing to do with the Kyubi's chakra, this is about Naruto chakra alone. His natural chakra reserve is extremely massive.

This is a filler arc by the way with some canon stuff sprinkled in. When you skip the fillers make sure to watch the last 3 minutes of Episode 71 - My friend. It feeds into the next canon arc! Im sure someone might have already mentioned it

That not what I meant. I was saying that 95% of Naruto chakra is used to maintain the seal. The 5% Naruto is using while doing jutsu is 4 times more than Kakashi. If he used 100% of his chakra, he would have 100 times more than Kakashi. I’m talking about Naruto chakra alone. If it was Naruto’s + kyubi’s chakra it would have been at least 1000 times more 😅

I think it is partially, it's not a hundred times kakashi's chakra that he is using to suppress the nine tails, it is a great amount of chakra but he would get that chakra + nine tails if he didn't have to suppress it

I believe that's not the case. Base Naruto just himself has 4x more chakra than Kakashi, which already is A LOT. But the tailed beasts are like chakra bombs, and the nine tails has 100x more chakra which works as a "reserve" chakra bank which pokes out when Naruto loses his temper or runs out of his own chakra

If you are interested in Asuma's relationship with the third hokage you might wanna watch this filler arc on your own. I personally consider his backstory canon (just in MY opinion) even if the arc shows some filler plot, but it demonstrates how strong Asuma really is. Or you could react the filler arcs at the end of the show. There are good ones expanding on some characters' backstory. Plus it kind of brings back the nostalgia of when we started.

The only way you could have guessed that Asuma is the son of the Third Hokage is because they have the same last name. And I think in OG Naruto, Asuma once called the Third his father, but I'm not sure about that

Since the anime NEVER explicitly explains this, and I think it's important, or at least cool, that you know it, Ying and Yang applies to use of spiritual chakra and physical chakra, respectively. As explained in early OG Naruto, spiritual chakra is chakra that is derived from the mind, and its quantity can be increased by studying, meditation and experience. Physical chakra is chakra derived from the body and it can be increased through physical excercise. Genjutsu, as well as the Nara clan's shadow techniques utilize Ying chakra, in other words spiritual chakra. Medical ninjutsu, as well as the Akimichi clan's Body Expansion Jutsu, utilizes Yang chakra.

Hiruzen - 3rd Hokage ????? - 4th Hokage who also died protecting the village Tsunade - 5th The 3rd Hokage just stepped back in the position as the was no other candidate at the time after the 4th died. Chakra properties can be due to genetics and also can be random. The only abilities that generally speaking are strictly bloodline will be stuff like Byakugan and Sharingan etc. Theres always exceptions of course such as Kakashi having transplant Sharingan even though he is not an Uchiha. There arent many exceptions like these as normally bloodline powers are within genetics. Eye is a physical manifestation so its easier to have a situation with exception if that makes sense.
