Things you should know about Sukuna is he’s a B and doesn’t give a F about Itadori or anyone. Sukuna won’t come out unless he wanted to. Side Note: People like to talk about their theories. GD if you have a problem with my theory when you are the one implying its correct (which would be a spoiler) then thats on you. I have many irl friends who are currently watching this and came to the same conclusion from this episode without ANY influence. I've also watched pretty much EVERY reaction channel and some of them even have "Itadori's brother?" in the title. This is NOT a spoiler it is clearly a THEORY that many anime only watchers are coming to after the multiple hints pointing at it (as I listed out in my OG comment). I mean its not even a stretch bro Itadori literally calls him BROTHER in the vision....

ron always has some good predictions. i didnt think about the possibility that sukuna gave choso memories that made him think yuji was his brother. i havent read the manga so i dont know but to me it seems like choso just somehow realized how similar him and yuji are so it made him shocked to realize that.

btw, Todo had non existent memory with Yuji too lol, but it didn't show in anime, in the manga it was written '存在しない記憶' just as the same as Choso so the reader got confused :DDD the soundtrack on this episode is sampled from soundtrack when Yuji and Nobara beat Choso's brothers, when they did the black flash together. but this time, at the moment before black flash music, Choso beat Yuji, so his revenge is completed :)))

This is not a spoiler because this same instance in the manga showed how Sukuna did not care if yuji died. Sukuna isn’t going to save yuji nor does he care. The anime didn’t make that as apparent in this episode as it was for this corresponding manga chapter. Sukuna closed his eyes back for this same reason. He was just acknowledging that yuji was done for. Sukuna doesn’t care about yuji as there are still fingers out there where he can exist. He doesn’t have any stakes in this.

Choso is honestly one of my favorite characters in the series. I forget the motivation behind siding with the curses but from his POV Yuji killed part of his family, so it’s not like you can’t understand wanting to avenge your kin

I know you guys have been missing Sukuna and kind of expect him to be Yuji's guardian angel when it's life or death. But the thing is he doesn't need Yuji, nor does he give a shit about him. He really only takes over when it's beneficial to himself or if it will affect him in some way. As far as we know, all Sukuna cares about is Megumi and being loose, I think.

I’m not a manga reader but this really makes me think Itadori might actually be a death painting we know nothing about Yuji parents. His grandpa still left us with “about your parents” and Itadori said he didn’t want to know. This is my own theory I hope people will accept I’m a anime watcher cuz I really hypothesize this because this seems highly like foreshadowing. Also his supernatural strength would break world records athletically in the first season being able to be a vessel. In this ep Itadori really shows he’s superhuman

For clarification Sukuna was speaking to Itadori NOT to Choso. "How useless. Losing to such riffraff." < Referring to Itadori since hes the one that lost. Basically Sukunas appearance likely doesn't have anything to do with the vision Choso had because he wasn't even talking to Choso. The last time we saw Sukuna in that pose/area was when Itadori died so its all in his head theres no way Choso would hear it unless he was mind reading. In the vision/"false memory" that Choso saw all that is known is that its Choso sitting at the table with his brothers (the two that were killed and the ones in the tubes). That only leaves us with the question why Choso would see Itadori at a family meal. It's known that Choso can feel when his brothers die, thats why he knew while playing the board game when they died. We also know that Itadori has super-human strength, its referenced like 100x in the anime so far by even the super OP villains. Don't forget that Itadori's parents are unknown. My theory at this point of the anime is that Itadori is somehow related to Choso and the vision was triggered by Choso FEELING Itadori dying which he can only feel with his siblings. It would explain the meaning behind his non-human strength(Itadori), his unknown parentage, the vision Choso had, and it would DEFINITELY explain why Choso is so shook up when nothing even happened to him. Edit: This is NOT a spoiler for the record this is a THEORY based off of only known facts in the anime.

From what I understood of the episode sukkuna didn’t save yuji in fact he was ready for him to die seeing that he closed his eyes when it happened since sukkuna himself said he doesn’t care if yuji dies he still has more pieces of himself outside he himself was waiting for death but then noticed that choso stoped but idk could be wrong🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Ok I’ve watched about 7 other reaction channels and I noticed something while looking at the blood when choso starting freaking out you see choso’s blood and Yuji’s blood mixing but it was twisting like in a cycle I feel like that is something important because they zoomed into it I’ve noticed watching many reactions you start to notice small things
