My theory on why melody & kurapika weren't yet on the list, the other two (when they were introduced) were doing jobs already so there was sufficient information about them to be added to the website. I forgot their names (sorry), but the kissing lady was already doing bodyguard work before. The other guy, the one that writes haikyuus, was also doing some type of heist job. I guess since Melody & especially Kurapika were new to the bodyguard business, and this is Kurapika's first job overall as a hunter, perhaps there wasn't enough info on the two to be added on the website, as quickly as the other two at least.

There's the moment in this episode when he becomes Sherlock Holmes, and guesses the whole thing with Neon, and how to find Kurapika - the way he's thinking really reminds of L/Raito from Death Note, and that's even the same VA, lol.
