What if all the seven witches are pandora split? I was thinking how pandora wants to open the seal, like how pandora of folklore opened the box and unleashed evils onto the world. One of them being sorrow/sadness… melancholy maybe?🤔

2023-08-30 14:30:04 +0000 UTCMy theory is that pandora and hector created the witch factors and gave them to the witches we know. LN context below that was cut from s2 part 1. Ignore of you don't want to know. Not sure if cut content would be considered spoilers or not. I havent read ahead in the light novel but I have read up to anime current... some added satella/witch of envy lore is that satella/witch of envy are a split personality. When she showed up in the dream world, one of the witches asked her, "are you satella or the witch of envy?" While giving off a battle ready face. My theory is that pandora forced the envy factor on satella. She reacted badly and went crazy killing the other witches.

2023-08-30 05:54:34 +0000 UTCI think so too, I havent read the source material yet but he said she was "adorable back then" which I thought maybe he has liked her for awhile, and I cannot get over how much Echidna looks like pandora. I think she could have somehow turned away from her older self and that is why she built the sanctuary to make up for what she caused to Emilia. Obviously its probably really wrong but seems possible. Hector definitely sounds like Roswal and since he loves her still I think its possible.

The way roswaal speaks, he used to have 2 blue eyes but now has 1 blue 1 yellow, and even the way he dresses as you guys pointed out. It seems like hector has some great influence on him at least.
