In case you don't know. Naruto OPs are the most spoilery in all of anime. So if you decide to watch of the new OPs as they come then just be ready to get spoiled of alot of events that happen in the arc.

I agree in terms of OG Naruto, but in Shippudden, he’s very one dimensional, which makes sense, if you know you know. They introduce so many more well written characters in Shippudden that Sasuke doesn’t even make the top 5. But he’s still in my top 3 favorite characters, personally 😂

So the curse mark isn’t turning Sasuke evil, remember Anko, the second Chunin exam Procter has the exact same curse mark as Sasuke and she’s on the good side. Sasuke is motivated by revenge against his brother, that is his SOLE purpose for living. The curse mark just reminds him that Orochimaru can make him stronger. He is willingly going to him because he ONLY cares about killing his brother, his attitude isn’t because of the curse mark, just to clarify.

Oh okay. Sakura is not weird, their relationship just felt weird. I only watched the anime so I don't know about the "moments" they had in the manga. All I'm saying is by watching only the main storyline, they kind of miss some "feels" with their adventures together.

They never said they think Sakura is weird, they said it felt weird of how Sasuke and Sakuras relationship bloomed a bit outta nowhere to their understanding during that one moment during the test and etc. Forgetting that the animators took out a lot of their “moments” together from the manga.

Itachi did kill his clan, that has been stated before T-T and when the dad showed his sharingan while talking to Itachi in that room was like a way of showing “power” and intimidation, not that he was using it on Itachi… like when the others came for Itachi and they turned on their sharingans It’s also crazy knowing that Itachi was a kid here… like 13 so being in anbu at that age and with so much pressure from his dad was probably nuts

I understand if you think Sakura is kinda weird for her love to Sasuke but if you watch the fillers and movies, you can also relate to how long Team 7 have been together with all of their missions other adventures. Watching only the main storyline is good and fast without missing important details about the show but I enjoyed watching the whole show.

Just to clarify, Orochimaru's cursed Mark only makes physically stronger and gives more chakra than before. (This was all mentioned before in some episodes, by the way) So it doesn't make you evil and implants Orochimaru's personality! So it was Sasuke's 100% own decision to do everything he did! And you shouldn't always immediately assume that Orochimaru is responsible for everything. The world is bigger than you think 😉🤫

When the Sharingan first awakens, they usually have 1 or 2 tomoe (the comma shape) on each eye. A fully developed Sharingan has 3 tomoe. And Sharingan will continue to develop, as you will see in future episodes.

This is when you realize that Sasuke isn’t Sasuke anymore. I felt he started changing when Naruto fought Gaara and he realized he wasn’t strong enough then Itachi pretty much beating him senseless sealed the deal. I really get why Sasuke wants to get stronger but sad that it happened this way! When you see the back story, you see where Itachi treated Sasuke better than their own father!

* Not a spoiler: Sasuke and Sakura interactions were cut from the manga a lot. Like how Sasuke reacted when he’s with Sakura or when something related to Sakura. And ngl they really did Sakura dirty in the anime.

For me, seeing that bag in Sasuke's hands is symbolic, that Naruto had his ass pwned in a normal fight. And using Naruto's items inventory to inflict damage back at the owner himself (Naruto) is a form of humiliation & irony. Not to mention Sasuke tossed the bag back at Naruto, indicating he's done and he can have the items back, not that it'll possess any form of threat anyways. All these little gestures are belittling our protagonist in so many ways it's nauseating.

I feel you, I didn't really think it's intended for you to speculate about if Itachi killed the clan but more so what his motives were for doing the act. I feel like that's where all of the theories and questioning comes into play. When I first watched this show, I fully believed Itachi did it, I wasn't really given any reason to believe otherwise. Ya know it's not like he was necessarily introduced as a "good guy" per say, so I just went with the narrative given. Why'd he do it though. That was the gray area for me.

I have only watched anime for about a year and a half. And one thing that I have learned is things are not always what they appear. Not that important at all, just details but... Sasuke took the Kunais and shurikens from Naruto's bag, and he used them perfectly to hit Naruto's clone behind the rock, the same move that Itachi did in his training in the flashback

what they were trying to say was that Genjutsu is an illusion. It can represent reality, but can also be something made up. So because they only saw Itachi killing the clan trough a genjutsu, there was a possibility that it was a fake/invented memory to make Sasuke believe that it was him who killed the clan

also sasuke wasn't "led" to believe that itachi killed the clan. The fact of the matter is....Itachi 100% killed the clan guys. He witnessed it himself. My boy got put in genjutsu and had to watch that shit on repeat lol. The lines of good and bad will get blurred in this show, so don't put an act past someone just because you think or want them to be good.

orochimaru's curse mark isn't making sasuke evil. It's only enhancing his strength. Sasuke is just feeding into the curse mark's purpose, and orochimaru knew he would. By sasuke agreeing to go with orochimaru and train with him etc, he gains more power and control over it. And with sasuke being driven to kill his brother, he wants to take advantage of any power ups or extra strength he can get if it means he'll be closer to getting his revenge in the end. Power and conviction can blind a person.
