I mean, I prefer DS and BC, but it doesn't mean for me that they're both objectively better story-wise or animation-wise than the likes of HXH, AOT or JJK. I hope people gives them a break over their preferences and favorites, it won't mean they're shitting on the others if they don't like it best. They might just prefer other tropes/themes/characters and that is completely fine.

2023-07-09 04:53:30 +0000 UTCKillua is a major influence across all of anime tbh - Naruto in particular because Kishimoto is a huge fan of HxH (and Togashi in general). The way Togashi writes his characters is truly revolutionary. I mean, Yu Yu Hakusho was basically the first isekai ever and many of the tropes in that show became staples of the genre. Also, no he's not teleporting. Most of the time in anime, it just means they're moving too fast to see.
