And we know it is not ideal and ultimately is a compliment bc you just want to see our reactions! haha But I dont know a perfect solution! We are pretty good with making sure episodes get uploaded on the day they are supposed to, I'd say 95%+ of the time, but for the few one offs, we can make announcements in discord if that would help. But the time zone thing is the hardest part to find a solution.

Patreon and Vimeo both take randomly long times to upload (sometimes its several hours to process, whereas other times its 20 min). So there is no way to guarantee a specific time. The few times it is late, usually is a time zone thing. We are pretty good with making sure it gets uploaded on the day it says, at least in our Time Zone.

I'm sure they know some people really look forward to the uploads and having to check back randomly to be disappointed that there's no upload hurts a little.
