Felise works for the Adventurer's Guild, Port Natalia Branch. A dependable mermaid, she is tasked with the day to day report as well as verifying Adventurers as non-Hero.
She is a well mannered mermaid, very professional in her job. But behind her business suit, properly tied hair and glasses hides a heavily restrained wild monster.
