Awesome - Patreon now has post tags! I've started to add them to older posts, but it's slow-going...
SUCK - While adding tags to old posts, I also started deleting old text posts, and posts that had cropped previews pointing to Dropbox.
CRAP - Instead of deleting those previews, I could have replaced the cropped images with the full versions!
DOUBLE-CRAP - ...some of those full images AREN'T on Dropbox, because the archive wasn't a thing at the time, and I'm having trouble locating the files.
Another change I've been thinking about is posting my sketches outside of Patreon again. They say one of the easiest ways to reach more followers is to post something every day, if it's crap. If I'm only posting finished/colored images, pulling that off is much more difficult.
In another week - if not later this week - I'll be starting a new contract. Luckily this one won't be a full-time thing or a rush-job, so I should still have time to draw. But since I'll be struggling to get back into animation, it'll help to get some drawing done in advance. Getting the next comic page at least partially drawn is a given, since it'll be due that same week.
This month's theme for Daisy pinups seems to be "sleep". One is mostly finished, but I need to go back and add some stuffed animals to fill out the empty space. The thumbnail sketch above is a second one I'm planning. I've also been thinking about redrawing my first-ever Daisy pinup, to show how much she and my drawing style have changed over the years. There's also the other voted suggestions, and some additional Steven Universe stuff... no wonder I've been stressed out lately!
I was also hoping to have my gnome model rigged by the end of the month, and start animating her. With WoW's new expansion launching at the end of the month, the timing would be perfect. A more realistic goal now is to try to have her rig finished by the time this contract ends - probably in October - so I can continue animating and not get rusty again.
