Added 2019-06-13 19:00:42 +0000 UTCSimon is a researcher in a job that he hates; the hours are long, the pay is minimal, the co-workers are a pain and his boss as well as subsequent bosses above him make his work next to impossible. The only redeeming feature is his work on living organisms designed in a lab that can augment human abilities both physically and mentally. Even that is kept on a tight tether though, so when his curiosity found that one of these 'symbiotes' had the potential capacity for thought it put him in a precarious situation between his work and his job.
