New character is Bellwether ! I just have some great ideas about her, why not include another zootopia character in the pool? :)

Important rule: Sometime (sometime) I can delete character from pool if he will be have less votes per pool, so be careful with non popelar character!

I knew that, eventually, if Vinyl kept getting at least middle-of-the-pack votes, she'd get drawn. Took a while (and will take a little while longer) but the wait will be worth it!
