I don't really agree. Sponsor for clothing or something like that is great, but other sponsors might ask him to do (semi) scripted stuff and that, I feel, would move him (slowly but surly) away from the whole point: freedom. In fact, that's why I think this Patreon thing is a great idea! Because he gets paid for what he loves and without any incentive to get clickbait, get commercial, get fake and away from expressing freedom, adventure and the ability to do anything. I think that message is something people need to hear (to see). Also, one dollar per video is a really great incentive for people to subscribe (you know). It's not like 5 dollar a month. And so over time more people will go for that 1 dollar and over time Shiey's content will get better and better, again, without ever getting commercial and so on! Thank you, Shiey. Thank you for inspiring that safety is only because you never did. And from doing you learn, life, and feel free. Thank you for showing the importance of knowing and mastering this physical world. Because this world is not only social. And the rules of this physical world is not limiting to hold you where you are.
