Pledge Issues

Patreon has updated recently and we've been informed someone wasn't listed on a pledge we removed, they were moved to a lower tier, but are still being charged for the higher tier without the ability to see the posts on patreon.
(we combined the merch tiers since 2 felt like too much but we can't edit a tier unless 0 patreons are on it so we're very puzzled by it???)
We wanna make sure everyone is getting their access they paid for so please let us know in the comments!! <3
