The initial idea is simple, Lisa is selling cookies in her Girl Scout uniform, Professor Frink "accidentally" hits Lisa with a laser beam and turns her into a Super Blonde BIMBO, leaving her with almost no memory, ta-dah... so Frink takes advantage of this advantage and has sex with her and they get married.
