New cores available on the buildbot!

The following cores are now available on the buildbot:
- Desmume, a new version of the Nintendo DS emulator. This new port was done by bearoso, one of the main authors of Snes9x. This now has a working OpenGL renderer! You can enable multisampling for a smooth anti-aliased image. In addition, you can also enable texture scaling filtering - setting this to 2 or 4 will enable xBRZ filtering applied to textures. It is also possible to deposterize textures. Overall, this should be at least 10 to 20 fps faster than the regular software renderer.
- Citra Canary, an alternative version of the Nintendo 3DS emulator that was already available on our buildbot. This core was provided by JSelby, a Citra dev. The Canary build distinguishes itself from the regular Citra build by receiving the latest experimental updates, but as a result, may contain bugs not found in the main release.
- The Powder Toy. This core was provided by JSelby, a Citra dev. This is a non-emulator game core. For more information, go to the website here.
The Powder Toy is a free physics sandbox game, which simulates air pressure and velocity, heat, gravity and a countless number of interactions between different substances! The game provides you with various building materials, liquids, gases and electronic components which can be used to construct complex machines, guns, bombs, realistic terrains and almost anything else. You can then mine them and watch cool explosions, add intricate wirings, play with little stickmen or operate your machine. You can browse and play thousands of different saves made by the community or upload your own – we welcome your creations!

Alright, Jselby added this core in addition to the mainline Citra core as well and I think he mentioned there were some issues with a C++14 to C++17 conversion in the sense that it no longer builds on some mainline Linux distributions. Not sure if you guys have internally discussed that yet and figured out a solution.
