Other core updates!

* Mednafen/Beetle Saturn got updated today to the latest version - 0.9.43. It also got a bit faster in the process.

* CrocoDS, an Amstrad CPC emulator, got added!

* Improved/added cheat support for PicoDrive, Genesis Plus GX, Beetle PSX, and others!

How to update to the latest versions:

1. Start up RetroArch. Inside the main menu, go to 'Online Updater'.

2. Just to make sure we have the latest info files, select 'Update Core Info FIles'. Wait until this is done. Then, select 'Core Updater'.

3. Download the latest cores from here.

Regarding Dolphin/PPSSPP...

I know a lot of you are anticipating an update to the PPSSPP emulator and also the first release of the Dolphin core.

Please be patient with us a while longer! We have decided for the Dolphin core that instead of releasing early, we should be feature competitive with the mainline Dolphin release, in order to gain a better reception. So we have decided against releasing it earlier as we had hoped. However, I do hope I won't keep you guys waiting too long. I still want to push for an earlier release than expected, but please bear with us here.

Regarding the PPSSPP update, I am still working on that, so please bear with us for a while longer there as well. Nevertheless, be assured that these things have our priority and that they are coming out as promised!
