Hey! Hello again. You’re probably wondering about what the current status of the next Breeding Farm update is.
Right now we are trying to wrap up a number of things in the "Redux Update" for Amity Park. We are also working on the new Top Down feature that we mentioned in the previous post for BF. But, we are actually choosing to put this feature on hold for now, since it has thus far turned out to be much more demanding and difficult than previously expected.
We apologize for the delay in that regard. We are not a team that chooses to stack things on top of our plate if we don’t think we can chew them properly. Everything we want to add in our games, we believe will improve the game experience for us as devs and even more importantly for you as players.
For now, please enjoy the little teaser picture above. We will be putting in extra effort to showcase more of these previews in the future, even if they are just small WIPs.
Finally, here is a question we would like you to think about and then provide us with your best answer:
What is the most fun part about "Breeding Farm" to you, and what are you looking forward to seeing the most in the games immediate future?
We've realized that although the title itself is called "Breeding Farm"… we have sorta neglected the breeding aspect of the game in the last few updates, in favor of more world-building and character development sequences.
This is why we would like to hear from you about what you think!
Would you prefer more character development, story arcs, and adventures amongst the people and monsters of Lopar? Or are you simply here to pair up some humans and mythical creatures and see what the result might be? We’re not saying you can’t have both, or that we want to go one way or the other. We are simply asking you to tell us what you’d prefer to see next.
We are looking forward to reading your comments. We’ll be back again soon, either to talk about the results or to show off more WIP.

2021-03-25 02:01:06 +0000 UTCThe main thing I look forward to in breeding farm is the breeding for sure. Not just for the animations, but for the gameplay aspect. I was super disappointed when I couldn't find a game to replace breeding season in that regard. I am super interested in fulfilling different requests based on breeding different perks (like selfish, fertile, etc.) And hope that you guys still plan on including different ones that affect their appearances as well. I also hope that you plan on making the player character able to be female.

2021-03-21 22:28:31 +0000 UTCI'm a big fan of both, there's a sense of progress that you get from the story arcs. So I prefer that most of the time. That said it would be nice to see the breeding mechanic flashed out a little more, right now the only way to make any money from your monsters is to fulfill orders, but those orders only relate to the level of the monster so the quality of the monster doesn't really matter right now.

Then I would say that I enjoy finding secrets, just the things that rewards players curiosity and If I feel tired out then some minigame just like that blackjack is quite nice to get your attention back from tiring day for more than one reason so making more tresholds in blackjack game would be welcomed but I don't want to force my ideas about game its your game and I enjoy it as it is.

Being able to keep working to get that perfect monster is my favorite thing. Although anything you decide to do is great, you guys never fail to deliver. I appreciate the promise of more frequent status updates :) Keep up the good work!

2021-03-19 06:00:39 +0000 UTCI enjoy the game in whatever direction it goes, if we get more story arcs or even breeding with more mythical creatures, either one is good for me, but its best to take your time really, a good game comes with patience, so if we have to wait for a bit until the next update, I don't mind
