It's nice to finally share some of this Instrumental with the world.
It's also nice to give 3D animation a try once again.
The production timeline for this video was extremely fast. I was able to complete all animation, rendering, and compositing within about the span of about a week. I want to see if I can find a way to combine 2D and 3D techniques for a mixed media approach.
Currently, the main thing halting progress on Cum Zone IV is the DAGames project and also the fact that since upgrading to Windows 11, none of my project files will load correctly in my DAW. I have been unable to access my project files for Cum Zone IV for several months at this point. Luckily I had this audio rendered out before hand :)
I'm going to be in focus mode for the next few weeks trying to wrap stuff up with DAGames. After that it's going to be Phalia time, all the time!

2023-09-12 16:44:38 +0000 UTCI have no idea how things would go on a Mac, tbh. Though since you asked, I can give a more detailed explanation of things for people who are curious. My RAM broke earlier this year, and my old hard drive was starting to run extremely slow, so I decided to upgrade a whole bunch of stuff. I updated to Windows 11 since I heard that Windows 10 would stop receiving security updates at some point. The DAW itself is technically fine, the problem is that only a small handful of my VST Plugins carried over correctly. Re-installing the VSTs from scratch worked in most cases, but some of my old presets wouldn't load even after I copied the preset files over to the correct folder. The worst is Guitar Rig, which for some reason is "missing" in my old project files. It doesn't recognize the new install as being the same program. I can create a new instance of Guitar Rig, but none of my automation settings carry over. I think the only solution is to boot from my old drive in Windows 10, screenshot all of my automation and settings for every single VST on every single channel, then painstakingly re-create all of it on Windows 11. I'll be sure to make a lot of backups just in case :,)
