Changes on patron tiers!

I've updated all patron tiers and wanted to keep you all informed.
I wanted to update the tiers for a while and I decided on not to delay it anymore so here they are.
- Now all tiers can participate on polls, but each tier has a different voting power $3 patrons vote counts as one, $5 is two, $10 is three and so on
- I also changed the release date of the tiers to keep them more balanced, now $3 gets the game 5 days earlier while $5 gets it 7 days earlier and $10 gets it 15 days earlier
- $25 tier also can access to a beta version of the game when it's available if they want to before it gets released for other tiers
And these are basically the highlights of the changes I also updated some other parts you can check them out on the image, and I'll be making two polls tomorrow for the monthly wallpapers and the upcoming unique scenes to see how's it going to turn out.
Hopefully these changes make the polls livelier, and please feel free to give me feedback on the changes
