July content poll character design WIP

My character designs for July's content poll winner, "yoga instructor has a new student, he's a muscular hunk who wants to learn to bend in new ways". Their designs were very much influenced by a recent request to see more fat women and bearded men with bellies 🫵 I gotchu! Excited to crank out the rest of this comic and a full color drawing by the end of the month.

Now for a little rant:

This month has been a bit slow for me drawing - I got back from vacation a week ago, and while I had the best time, I've only just overcome the jetlag from a 13-hour time difference. On top of that, I'll leaving my job of 4 years that I really love for a better opportunity at the end of the month. Not only am I dealing with a lot of grief around that, but I'm also having a lot of anxiety about my new job. My old job had a good enough work-life balance for me to make art consistently, so I hope things are just as chill (if not more chill) at my new job, but only time will tell.
