When he puts a show down he never picks it back up, Moon Knight, Attack on Titan, Squid games, Star Trek. All got put down after a couple episodes. There are a handful more i just cant remember atm. I believe DBZ was the only exception

My man, if you enjoyed Star Trek, you should absolutely continue it. Sure you're going to have the vocal few who aren't interested, but you offer plenty of variety for people. Personally, I'm not that big of South Park, but I'm not going to shit all over your choice to watch it, because I have Cobra Kai and the Office to look forward to. I can tell you though, my wife and I enjoyed watching Star Trek with you, it was fun and if you decided to continue, then I would cool with it. On a side note, I know you said you wanted to finish a few series, can I suggest the Rocky films? I think you made it up to 4 then stopped. People will say 5 is the worse, but I don't think it's a bad film, but perhaps the weakest one instead. I still think you'll enjoy it, plus you have Creed after that and Michael B. Jordan kills it, it's worth it if you decide to get back into it.

Also, when it comes to review chasing and reacting to certain TV shows and movies, timing matters. If you're going to ride the wave, make sure it's when everyone starts doing it or it's in the middle of the wave. If you wait until the end or after, you're not going to get the reviews because everyone has already seen it or reacted to it. Like now, most reactors are doing Halloween movies, the views are not going to be as big as they were in previous years, the same will happen when the holidays come around in November and December. To be honest, the movie/tv reaction wave is sort of dying down. I've seen this with music reactions, family vlogs, mukbangs, natural hair, even politics, just to name a few. Everything on Youtube and social media in generally is a wave and once the wave is over, they will eventually be looking for the next thing. That's why it's important for reactors not to be so fixated on review chasing and riding waves and watch what they want and hope their audience will support them regardless.
