Great reaction. This is a classic where a lot of lingo comes from. The sets look great. For the most part the acting aged well too. There's a magic and mythos to this movie. Lots of things were inspired by this movie. I love the dream logic and the foreshadowing. Isn't Judy's voice beautiful in Rainbow? Last time I watched this I queued it up with Dark Side of The Moon :D

Hey Mr video, I know you've seen the wiz, but you should check out if you can find it there was an episode of Fame where one of the main characters had a I think it was some sort of dream sequence where she thought she was in the land of eyes or at least Fame's version of it. I saw that before I saw the wiz. You might find it interesting

I used to have a crush on scarecrow when I was young because he was smart. And I still am attracted to intelligent men who lead ๐

Only saying this cause I haven't seen a comment yet that has. Motion Picture is the traditional term used for video//movies. On film, video was 24 pictures for every 1 second of film. So what we perceive as movement (video) is actually 24 still images ran in front of our eyes at a speed that looks like movement. Of course there are other frame rates, but 24 is the most popular as of today. So "This motion picture" means "this movie".
