Finished 7 for 9 on lifts with a total of 1595lbs. I have a little time off before my next powerlifting meet prep, so hopefully that will free up some more time for making content. My meet recap is up on YouTube for those interested in watching. I also will be posting a workout video soon on there as well from Thanksgiving. Just got my business and social media logos from my bud and I think he nailed them. Coaching has gone live for anyone interested, feel free to message me. Also, I will try to be more interactive in Discord, so feel free to leave questions or suggestions there. Thanks everyone for the support, more updates and content will be coming up.
