The short explanation is that those that have been corrupted (Honoka, Widow, Mila, Etc) Have been tasked with creating chaos in the mortal realm. Widow uses DVA as a host to bring slimes to their world. DVA is then forced to whore herself out in an attempt to sell her new Energy Drink (containing seed) Which begins to make people act out on their sexual urges and hallucinate. The line between dream and reality is blurred, and the world falls into controlled chaos. The gathered sexual energy is then used to open portals to the other realms. Which brings us to "Breach"
