Really great cast, Matt. It helps to hear how you're trying to get rid of your unwanted thoughts. I'm on that same trip. I've eliminated all negative friends from my life over the past year. Anyone who wants to talk politics or corner me about some social bullshit? Gone. Still my friends, but gone. Negativity is for pussies, or, yeah, girls, like you said. I'm at my absolute worst when I'm whiny and mopey and my best when I'm getting shit done. I drive trucks 10 hours a day and then have gotten into riding bikes lately. 15-25 miles most days. Phone off. Was walking 5 miles a day before that. The most important part is to find the trees. The grass. The forest. The creek. And listen to that shit. Close your eyes. Breathe. All that gay shit. I'm convinced this negativworld would flip upside down if sitting under a tree was mandated for everyone for 15 minutes a day. Take your fucking shoes and socks off too. Feel this bitch. I'm as healthy as I've ever been at 39. Even quit smoking after a 20 year addiction. A mentally and physically healthy person right now is easily the biggest enemy of medical tyranny/big pharma/government. It's the biggest statement you can make. Keep your family away from the negative pussies too. I had an intervention with my grandmom a few months ago. She was losing weight and depressed. Watching the news all day with her phone next to her getting covid alerts. I had never seen her depressed before. She no longer watches the news and shuts her phone off at night now. We're going for a walk when I get done work today. Life rules and we win this war by finding peace within.

Truly at this point I don't even know if you can call the phycological warfare low grade, when you have people literally recoiling back into their homes if you tell them your unvax'd. I truly feel so bad for these people who are in legitimate deathly fear due to consuming the news cycle because what they are feeling is ten times worse then any sort of pressure I feel from them trying to get me to inject poison. I just have to step back and do my best to not argue and try and come from a place of compassion, how can my actions cause the least anxiety for these people.

facts. i was opposed to them until i recently went to a rec state and could buy them legally. the black market ones have so much gross shit in them, that they do more harm than good usually. the rec state carts i got home with me are game changers though, i just rip it before i walk into the story anytime im running errands and it keeps me more present and chill, as opposed to being in a perpetual rush to get home for no reason.
