That is a google doc that is open to whoever wants to carve their questions or wisdom into it. So if there is something you'd like to discuss or are unsure about write a question. If there is some hot knowledge you want to drop, lay that shit down in the wisdom section. Also, anyone's shit can be edited or added to at any given time. This is a living document. Get into it.
Same format as last time: Meditation of choice for as long as you can/want to do before hand and then it kicks off at noon (EST).
