Yo this was fantastic. What an open minded and holistic approach to mental health. Humanity seems pretty fucked but when I hear conversations like this it gives me hope. I can't believe some of the scrubs didn't understand why this is an awesome ep.

I could highly recommend 'The body keeps the score' by Bessel van der Kolk for those more interested in psychological talk :D Bessel is a great guy who did a lot of research on trauma and the body, and livens this book with pretty good personal experiences as a therapist. The book is easy to find on audible or storytel, and personally I would consider this book one of the more important works of the last decenia.
