APM Tournament: Play-in game #1 (Work bracket)

I think now's a good time to have a tournament amongst Anna's suitors to see who comes out victorious if it were based on voting. This has no impact on the story, it's just a way for the Patrons to have a champion!
There will be two brackets: The work bracket and the home bracket, each having 4 spots (8 total spots in tournament). Since I've selected 10 men to participate, we're going to have two play-in matchups right off the bat to eliminate two men.
The winner of each matchup will be determined by your votes, and your vote should be based on the person you want to see conquer Anna the most.
I'm also including "Neither" or "Both equally" as options to help better gauge how people truly feel about the characters, but the winner will be based the votes for each character. I'm going to keep the voting open for 5 days on each matchup to give people enough time to vote. Hopefully this will be fun and interesting without landslides, but we'll see.
Our first play-in matchup comes from the Work bracket, and it features two characters that are nearly identical! Since both of them can't be packaged together in the tournament, let's move forward with picking your favorite of the two...
EDIT: I'm open to having Dale and Tim packaged together as one participant if "Both Equally" wins out. We'll see.
