The petting and exploring all body suits more to romantic kind of story. And none of the characters has any romantic intentions with ana beside straight up sex. And neither Ana is looking for romantic relationship with any other character, last i remember was she was desperate for sexual need and david is either asking for blowjob or pass on her desire while hiding his affair with gym partner if anyone played corruption path. So I don't think if one has sexual desire, they will look for love or romance. It's normal and especially in case of married ones when they go for cheating, they only look for sex rather than building a new romantic relationship with some other friend. I have not seen any romantic story of ana with any of the character beside David. If ana is looking for someone else to spend life with other than David than yea probably that loving story will need exploring body first but that's what I said, it will be unnecessarily long and boring story if this one follow that path.
