Princess - May the 4th be with you!
Added 2020-05-05 01:11:41 +0000 UTCI'm launching my Patreon on May 4, 2020, so my tribute piece to actress Carrie Fisher seemed appropriate. Why a fennec fox? She's in the desert of course! Plus it harkens back to Princess Leia's original hairstyle. ^_^
Tatooine was such a desolate location, a great place to be from, not a great place to be in. So I also designed this in the style of a touristy postcard, trying to attract anyone to visit the never ending dunes and bleak landscapes.
This is an example of my finished color work, almost always colored by marker on traditional media, then scanned and reproduced as prints.
