Overhauled my Patreon page with up-to-date info

I realized that I haven't touched the Patreon page in a long time so I rewrote most of the Tiers and also the main page to make it easier to understand of what you get for your buck!
I wasn't sure if it's worth sharing the changes, but before anyone wonders why something specific has changed, here you go:
Tier Changes:
- Added new updated Tier pictures
- Removed a sentence from each Tier making it sound like you have to connect to Discord to access my content.
- Made clear what resolution you unlock the albums in.
- Removed "Behind the Scenes" and "Unofficial Work" rewards from the tiers. They still exist, but since loyalty rewards are a thing it's so rare that I post something there, it's not worth mentioning.
- Made it more clear that you unlock all existing albums with your pledge and not just new ones.
- Worked in the new monthly schedule. My plan is to release 50-60 pics a month but as I know some months will be busier than others, I only promise 40-60 pics, just in case.
Main page changes:
- Fully rewrote the welcome text and structured it better.
- Made it sound less "overhyped" and included more actual info.
- Included a quick'n dirty overview of what rewards to expect right at the top rather than somewhere in between.
- Added up-to-date story information. (Was previously pretty outdated)
- Included more useful links and also worked in my Patron Guide, my Story Guide and my new and updated website.
