What happened over the last 20 days

The first 10 days were mainly spent fixing bugs and spelling errors based on your feedback
Once that was done I uploaded the improved version and took a short break to recharge. That usually means about a week of doing something completely different. This time it was playing Elden Ring Nightfall. I had a blast with friends and even got all achievements 😄

After the break I started planning the next chapter in more detail. There was already a rough outline but now I’ve written down the structure scene by scene. What happens who says what where the focus lies
That part is now complete. Chapter 12 is planned through the first half and the next phase which is rendering and writing the final dialogue is just about to begin

But first I’ll wait for the public release of Chapter 11 tomorrow in the evening German time. That means a wave of feedback is coming especially regarding spelling. I always try to fix that right away because otherwise I’ll procrastinate forever. The dictionary and I are long-time enemies 😅

So I’ll be spending the weekend reviewing and improving Chapter 11 one last time. Then on Monday I’ll begin rendering for Chapter 12

A few words about the upcoming Chapter 12 teaser

This time the playable teaser will pick up directly after the events of Chapter 11
Some of the scenes that are coming up now are ones I’ve been planning since Chapter 3 or 4 and I’m genuinely excited to finally bring them to life

Now that Ren has shifted from being a passive background influence to an active force in the story I want to really introduce her
If everything goes as planned the start of Chapter 12 will feature the most elaborate battle sequences I’ve created so far. They’ll take time to make but I’m really looking forward to it
