Bahh this is such a great show. The way they progress the story is masterful. Even the slower episodes have an emotional impact. Ylva's grief is very similar to how I process it too. Keeping yourself busy, numbs the pain of loss. When she broke, I broke. Especially because her mother was the one comforting her after also losing her husband and son. This episode was heavy. Watching a 6 year old try to survive while being harassed by a bunch of full grown men, watching people die, and starving, it was extremely hard to watch. What I do really appreciate is that the music is like another character all together. The way it moves the slower scenes and fills in the heavy pauses, is just beautiful

Well thereβs AoT but. Oh and btw Askeladd is a terrible person but damn is he a goated character π
