This morning I finally opened the incomplete data I had seized thanks to that lastest story quest. Let's hope it will still be usefull for the final release of his character. Assuming I would want a "no Hat" version of my future mod, I had once again a very delicate problem to solve : similar to what happened when any mod creator removed Yuanwu's hat, Brant's skull is heavily deformed for the time it's supposed to be worn. Only a handful of mod creators can fix this "glitch" because it requires some heavy judgment/gauging and 3D skills to be able to get a neat result without damaging the original 3D model. What you can see on this screenshot took me a bit more than 2 hours of tiresome progress but I can say I have now reached a skull shape close to perfection!
So I was imagining several optional mod versions : one with his vanilla hat unchanged, another version only with removed feathers (a more sober hat sounds cool as well) and a last version without the hat in whole.
Can't wait to begin the "texture" editing to see if my crazy ideas are doable!
